Intake Assessment

The intake assessment is a 2 hour in-depth session where I take time to get a full picture and detailed health history. Remedies are recommended after taking into account all of your symptoms, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional aspects.  The selection process depends on several factors that make you distinctive, including details such as your temperature preferences and food cravings.  The detailed nature of this intake informs your individualized care plan.

  • No! Remedies are intended to support the body's natural healing process and are used only for as long as needed. As the body progresses through its healing journey, we may adjust the remedies accordingly. It's important to note that remedies are never to be taken in the absence of symptoms, so once you are well you can stop taking the remedies with the guidance of your homeopath.

  • Because we carefully match one remedy to your individual pattern of symptoms, it is crucial to assess if this remedy is effective for you. Taking additional remedies may interfere with the effectiveness of your main remedy. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid taking anything additional without consulting with your Homeopath first.

  • Homeopathic remedies are recommended based on their similarity to a pattern of symptoms and the accurate remedy match will stimulate and support the body's deeper healing process. Homeopathy uses highly diluted remedies that do not interact with the body biochemically but rather on an energetic level.
